WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on October 5, 1998 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of ESTATE DISTRIBUTION

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, at a place called
"Tollewood" and known and designated as Lots Numbers 47 to 50, both
inclusive, as shown on a map entitled "Map of Lots located at Mattituck, L.I.,
Property of William B. Codling, Northport, Long Island," surveyed April, 1921 by J.
W. Wells, C. E., Setauket, Long Island, New York, filed May 10, 1921 in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map No. 745 and also shown as the same lots on Map
of Tollewood, Mattituck, L. I., N. Y., filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, on January 25, 1927, as Map No. 175, which said lots are bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
Meday Avenue and the easterly side of Howard Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 4 degrees 38 minutes East along the easterly side of
Howard Avenue, a distance of 385 feet, more or less, to the mean high water
mark of Creek (West Branch of Mattituck Bay);
THENCE easterly and along the mean high water mark of Creek (West Branch
of Mattituck Bay) to the division line between Lots 46 and 47 on the above map;
THENCE South 16 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds east and along the last-
mentioned division line a distance of 363 feet, more or less, to the northerly side
of Meday Avenue;
THENCE South 73 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds West along the northerly
side of Meday Avenue, a distance of 285.26 feet to the corner, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in
and to The land under the waters of Mattituck Bay adjoining such premises on
the North.
