release unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or suceessors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. situate, lying and being in the Town of
Soutbold, County of Suffolk and State of New York. being more particularly bounded 'and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 33 foot right of way at thc southwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Rivka Schoenfeld and the southeasterly comer of the premises
herein described;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 22 minutes West n{nng said 33 foot r{ght of way.

northerly side of the 33 foot fight of way and the point or place of BEGINNINO.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 33 foot fight of way running -',long the southerly
line of said premises; thence over 20 foot right of way running through land of Elaine Axien and
land now or formerly of Henry Smith to Hcmy's Lane,
TOGETHER with u fight of way running southeasterly from said 33 foot private roadway
through hnds of Carmicheel and Anlyan to thc East to Lake View Avennc and thence to Mill
Lane.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the puny of the first part
by deed dated 5/17/43 and recorded on 5/28/43 in Liber 2289 page 147.
TOGA-TIlER with all right, title and intercst, if any, of the party of the fi~st pan in and to any
streeds and roads abuuing the above described premises to thc center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appuncnanees and all the estate and rights of the puny of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO HAVE. AND TO 110127 the premises herein granted unto the puny of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the puny of the first pan, covenants that thc party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
AND thc party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the patty oftbe first pan will receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such considcratinn as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the intprovement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cast of thc
improvement before using any pan of the totul of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed es if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
