paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and iniprovernents thereon erected, situate,

The premisep described in Schedule A attached hereto are the
same as conveyed or intended to be conveyed by a prior deed between
STEVEN MORAITIS and DESPINA MORAITIS, his wife, to The Trust of
STEVEN MORAITIS and DESPINA MORAITIS, dated October 22, 1991 , which
said deed was dated November 9, 1991 , and was recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk 's Office do February 8, 1992 , in Liber 11414 of Deeds
at Page 003, wherein the grantee was incorrectly and inadvertently
set forth as The Trust of STEVEN MORAITIS and DESPINA MORAITIS, dated
October 22, 1991 , instead of the grantees being the individual
Trustees as set forth herein.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the scone first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "llarty” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

BEGINNING at a point on -the northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) , distant
2840.00 feet, more or less, northeasterly as measured along the northwesterly side of
