RUNNING WHENCE, from said point or place of beginning along the

RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 26 degrees 57
minutes 00 seconds East 269.89 feet to land now or formerly of
Russell Mann and Joan Ma~n;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 42 degrees 49 minutes 50
secondes East 75.00 feet to the division line between Lots 11 and
12 first above mentioned; and
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 24 degrees 41
minutes 00 seconds West 238.69 feet to the northeasterly side of
Jasmine Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING
She Grantor herein is the same as the grantee in deed dated
August 19, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 23, 1994 in Liber 11691 Page 252.
