The premisss conveyed herein being and intended to be the same conveyed to the grantor herein by deed
from Albert Schwarlz and Stoven P. Sanders, date~. January 26, 1998 and recorded January 30, 1998 in Uber
11875 of conveyances at page 887 and also by deed from the People of the State of New York, dated October 24,
2003 and recorded November 3, 2004 in Liber 12352 of conveyances at page 832
The premises conveyed herein being and intended to be the property othan~ise known as come' of Front

The transfer and title herein is subject to a permanent easement to be retained by the Grantor Village of
Greanport for both routine operations and maintenance and repairs of the pump station and gravity main and force
main under the slab of the building and for periodic access to repair the gravity main and the force main under the
entire building slab.
TOGETHER with all right, tltie and Interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
eslate and rights of the party of lite first part in and to saki premisss; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party olr the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any~ing whereby
