SAID PREMISES being known as 48220 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same promises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated July 1, 1996 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 16, 1996 in Liber 11782 page 969.
