is an unpaid debt or recapture obligation in the principal amount
of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25 , 000 . 00) with no interest
due, which said note and mortgage debt or recapture obligation
Michael Zeien and Pamela Zeien hereby assumes and agrees to accept
assumption of said grant as they qualify for same and agree to
pay, as part of the consideration for this conveyance as required
under the terms of the grant.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises transferred to the party
of the first part by deed dated January 27 , 1993 and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in liber 11631 of deeds at
page 567 .
