[THIS DEED IS EXECUTED AND DELIVERED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF
CORRECTING AN ERROR APPEARING IN THE SIXTEENTH PARAGRAPH IN A DEED OF
SIMILAR IMPORT. THIS CORRECTED DEED SUBSTITUTES THE WORD "GUSMAR
ENTERPRISES, LLC" FOR"SOMMIET COMPANY, LLC". THE ORIGINALLY FILED DEED
WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BY THE GRANTOR HEREIN TO THE GRANTEE HEREIN,
AND RECORDED IN LIBER 11887, PG. 862, IN THE OFFI~CE OF THE CLERK OF SUFFOLK
COUNTY ON APRIL 10, 1998. THE ORIGINAL DEED'INCORRECTLY REFEREED TO
"GUSMAR ENTERPRISES, LLC" AS "SOMMIET COMPANY, LLC". THERE SHOULD BE

THE CORRECTED DEED, WITH THE SINGLE CHANGE DESCRIBED ABOVE, SHOULD
READ AS EXACTLY FOLLOWS:

BETWEEN GUSMAR REALTY CORPORATION, a domestic corporation having its offices and
principal place of business located at 13-07 37th Avenue, Long Island City, New York, New York
11101, party of the first part, and the PETROULA FAKIRIS, residing at 14-61 159th Street,
Beechhurst, New York, 11357, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the
parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as and by_Section # 004.00, Block # 09.00, Lot #
028.002, bounded and more fully described as follows: ~

BEGINNING at a drill hole in the concrete sidewalk on the Northerly line of Front Street,
37.40 feet Westerly along said line from the Westerly line of First Street, at the Southwesterly comer
of the land of Leo Goldin;
RUNNING THENCE along said Northerly line of Front Street, South 84 degrees 33 minutes
30 seconds West 96.20 feet to an existing building;

THENCE along said existing building, North 5 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West 107.3
THENCE in a concrete block wall through said existing building South 84 degrees 12

feet to the point of BEGINNING.
PREMISES are also known as 110 FRONT STREET, GREENPORT, NEW YORK.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated December 29, 1986, recorded January 2, 1987, in LIBER 10207, Page 507.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
SIMULTANEOUSLY herewith, PETROULA FAKIRIS, the party of the second part herein,
has executed a Deed of Transfer whereby the property described herein, in its entirety, has been
transferred to GUSMAR ENTERPRISES, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws
of the state of New York.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
