THIS CORRECTED DEED SUBSTITUTES THE WORD "GUSMAR ENTERPRISES, LLC" FOR"SOMMIET COMPANY, LLC". THE ORIGINALLY FILED DEED WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BY THE GRANTOR HEREIN TO THE GRANTEE HEREIN, AND RECORDED IN LIBER 11887, PG. 862, IN THE OFFI~CE OF THE CLERK OF SUFFOLK COUNTY ON APRIL 10, 1998.
