There is no consideration. This is n confirmatory deed Io settle the estate of Robert Dier, deceased.
Premises are the same as described in Deed dated March 21, 1994 recorded in Liber 11670 Page 535 at
the Office of the Clerk of the Coun .t7 of Suffolk on March 30, 1994.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party ofthe first ~rt in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party ofthe first pan in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the.said premises hav~ been encumbered in any way whatever, except tls nlbre.,mid.
AND the part), of the first part, in complinnce with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that tile party
of the first pan will receive the consideration for this convey~mce and will hold the right to receive such
