ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold,
in the Town of Southoid, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Town Harbor Lane at the northerly
side of a 30 foot right of way which point is distant 30.29 feet nodhedy when
measured along the easterly side of Town Harbor Lane from a monument on the
easterly side of Town Harbor Lane at the northwesterly comer of land now or
formerly of Adler,
RUNNING THENCE north 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds west along the
easterly side of Town Harbor Lane 100 feet;
