Russell to execute the Preventative Maintenance Agreement between Water & Waste Equipment~ a Division of WWE~ Inc. and the Fishers Island Sewer District for the maintenance of the District Pump Station for a total of two visits at a total contract price of $2,174.00, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney. The total contract for these two (2) visits is $2,174.00_ The following items will be checked per visit ].. Check pump operation 2. Cheek wet well for any foreign material that could be delrimenral to the pumps 3. Check float operat/on and cycle pumps 4. Check motor amperages and voltage as not to exceed ~n~meplate recommendation and record in a maintenance log kept inside of control panel. 5. Clean float switches and pumps of any foreign substances (ie: grease, soap build up or anything that could hinder proper operation). 6. Complctc test of~]l alarms, contactors and level contxols. Cheek voltages in contactor, coils and check all Control voltage. Also, check the control panel for proper operation 7. Cheek alarm condition 8. Pump to be pulled from Wet well for deterioration and wear pumps, inspect and check for debris 9. Formal disclosure to be submitted at the eouelusion of the inspection detziling current condition of each system and any findings fi-om thc inspection 10. Pump out by truck and/or station pumps a~d the disposal of grease in the wet well **(Please note: Pump Truck is not included in this quote and is pro~ided by others)** 11. Maintenance procedures to be performed manufaet'ured requirements to the pumps where applicable 12. Pumps to be hoisted and i~peeted individually to maintain transfer system operation at all times. Documented inspection to include the following. a. Pump impellers and housing b. Pump Wiring c. Float and transducer mechanism d. Rail Systems e.
