RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the easterly side of Carpenter
Street North 06 degrees $5 minutes 10 seconds West 100.22 feet to land now or formerly of
Dolores O. Morris;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land North 75 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds
East 71.00 feet to land now or formerly of Angle Korakis and Tommy S. Korakis;
RUNNING THENCE along last mentioned land South 06 degrees 13 minutes $0 seconds East
98.97 feet to the northerly side of Bay Avenue; and
THENCE along the northerly side of Bay Avenue South 74 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West
70.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises conveyed by deed dated July 26, 1946,
and recorded ~luly 26, 1946, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 02600, Page
595.
TOGETHER with nil right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to nny
streets'and roads abutting the above desc. ribed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and righls of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except u
aforesaid.
AND the party of the tim part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that
the par~ of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as it'it rend "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
