CAROLYN B. MICHIELS fails to become or ceases to be Successor Co*Trustee, then the other of thcm shall
serve as the. sole Trustee. If both of JOHN L. BALL~NI and CAROLYN B. MICHIF. LS fail to become or
cease to be Successor Trustecs, then WILMINGTON TRUST FSB shall serve ns Successor Trustee. Iran

which appoints new Successor Trustces or which ercates a different order of suct'-"~aion, such Successor

amendment ofthc BARBARA A. BRUNJKS 2004 REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 26* 2004.
All Successor Trustees arc hereby 8mnted the power to protect, conserve and to sell, or to les..~, or
to cncumhcr, or othcrwise to manage and dispose of thc real property ctescribed in this deed.
The powers of the Trustees and nil S~-cessor Trustees shall extend to any and all fights which thc
Grantor possess in thc ahovc described real property, and deed, mo~gel~e or other instrument exenuted by
the Trustce shall convey ali rights or int~Jrests of thc Grantor; and thc Trustee is appointcd as the attm'ncy-in-
fact for thc Grantor to cant out this intent, which appointment slmli be durable and shall not be affected by
thc incapacity of the Grantor.
Any person dealing with thc Trustee shall dent with said Trustee in the order as set forth above.
ltowever, no person shall deal with a Successor Trustee until one or more of the following have been
rccci~'d by said person or placed ol'~'cord in the aforementioned county:
A. 1'he written resignation or'the prior Trustee sworn to and acknowledged hc fort: a Notary Public.
B. A certified death certificate of the prior Trustcc.
C. The order of a court of competent jurisdiction adjudicating the prior Tmatee incompetent, or

D. A written certificate signed by two (2) licensed physicians that such Tmstce is physically or
mentally incapable of handling thc duties of Trustee.
E. The writton removal ora Successor Trustee and/or the appointment of an additional Successor
