THIS DEED made on September 8, 1998, by and between Benjamin D.
Russo, Esq. , 38 Church Street, Patchogue, NY, Referee duly
Aointed in the action hereinafter mentioned, Grantor; and Grantee

WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action
between North Fork Bank f/k/a Southold Savings Bank, Plaintiff and
S Dominique T. Mau r, et al . , Defendants, foreclosing a mortgage
recorded in Liber 12905 of mortgages at page 344 on May 26, 1987 in
the County of SUFFOLK, State of New York, in pursuance of a
Judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the
State of New York, County of SUFFOLK, and bearing date July 16,
199`7; and in consideration of $500 . 00 paid by the Grantee, being
the highest sum bid at the sale under said Judgment, does hereby
grant and convey unto the Grantee :

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
Federal National Mortgage Association, and assigns forever.

the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Front Street distant 123.85 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Front Street with the easterly side of Fifth Street;
THENCE North 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly side of
Front Street 45.67 feet to land now or formerly of Carey;
THENCE South 6 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West along last mentioned land
100.82 feet to land now or formerly of Monsell;
THENCE South 6 degrees 51 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land
40.18 feet to land now or formerly of Annestad;
THENCE North 81 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land
42.50 feet to land now or formerly of Anderson;
THENCE North 5 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East along last mentioned land
130.37 feet to the southerly side of Front Street at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land three feeet in width and 40
feet in length on the easterly side of premises now or formerly owned by
Samuel Taylor, and adjoining premises herein on the west.
AND SUBJECT to a right of way in favor of the premises adjoining on the west,
three feet in width and 40 feet in length over the westerly side of the
premises herein described.
The policy to be issued under this report will insure title to
such buildings and improvements erected on this premises which
by law constitutes real property.
