WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in considaration of One Dollar ($1.00) dollar and other v~luable
consideration paid by the party oftbe second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party oftbe second part.
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or pnmel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the State of New York, Count)' of Suffolk, Peconle~ town of $oathold, more completely, as bounded
and described on Schedule A, annexed hereto and made a par~ hereof.
SAID premisea being the same ns conveyed by Deed dated August 5, 1996, from Richard Allen Seymour to
Gaetano Losito and Joan Loslto, said Deed was recorded in the oMce of the Suffolk County Clerk on the 9th
day of August, 1996, in Liber ! 17~6, at Page 670.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and t,. any slreos and ronda
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate und rights of the party of t:,e first part in and to said premises; TO IIAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein grnnted unto the party of Ihe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of thc par~y of ~he second part
forever.
AND the party of thc first part covenants thai the party oftbe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
Ihe said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except ns aforesaid.
AN~ the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, coveunnts that the party of the
first part will receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration ns
a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the coat of the improvement and will apply the same first
to thc payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part oftbe total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

No. 2 of Peconic Shores, Pcconic, L.I., N.Y., property of B.B. Bailey and C.H. Bailey," D.R.
Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 15, 1930, as Map. No. 654.
