Map No. 654 on September .13. 1930; said lot when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:

SAID PREMISES being known as and by street no. 690 Humington Boulevard, 20 Second Avenue and 100
Second Avenue, Peconic, New York, and are the same as those described in dccd recorded in Liber 10357 Page
43 and Libcr 1882 Page zl~ to the Grantors herein.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party oftbe first part in and to any stree~ and roads
abutting the above described prendscs to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the sppurtenanecs and all the
estate and rights of thc party of thc first part in and to said premises; 'ro HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto thc party of the second part. the heirs or suuccssors and assigns ofthe party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenanla that the party oftbe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
