TREgTER, and CECILIA E. TRESTER. both residing at 2555 Youngs Avenue, 1gA, Southold. New York 11971; party of thc first pan, and THE CHARLES J. TRESTER IRREVOCABLE TRUST, under agreement dated June 16, 2005, Craig T. Treater, residing at 24 Nursery Road, Melville, New York 11747, as Trustee; and THE CECILIA E. TRESTER IRREVOCABLE TRUST, under agreement dated June 16, 2005, Craig T.
