THE CHARLES J. TRESTER IRREVOCABLE TRUST, under agreement
dated June 16, 2005, Craig T. Treater, residing at 24 Nursery Road, Melville, New
York 11747, as Trustee; and THE CECILIA E. TRESTER IRREVOCABLE
TRUST, under agreement dated June 16, 2005, Craig T. Trester, residing at 24
Nu~ery Road, Melville, New York 11747, as Trustee; to each a one-half interest in the
eremises;
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
and release quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever, all of the party of the first paffs interest
in

thereon erected, situate, lying and being at

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by

November 20, 2000 in Liber 12085 page 553, the Grantor being the same person
described as the Grantee in said Deed.
Together with all righL.tide and. interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets nnd ru~ds ab~itting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;

And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien L~..w.,
covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration tor mis
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such censidemtion as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of imp.rovement and will apply_ the
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement mtore using any part ot the
total of the same for any other purpose. The word 'party" shall he cons~ued as if it
read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture ~o requires.

The unit known hs Unit No. 18A (hereinafter called the "Unit")
as designated and described in the Declaration establishing
Founders Village Condominium I (hereinafter called the
"Property") made by the Grantor under the Condominium Act of the
State of New York (Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the
State of New York) dated May 20, 1985, recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 3rd day of June, 1985, in
