Jones and now of Blairon; RUNNING THENCE along said land of Blairon North 72 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 261.84 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SAID PREMISES being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed dated August 4t~, 1998 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 17th, 1998 in Liber 11911 page 375.
