and conveyed by Elisabeth J. Todd and Arthur M. Joost, .Ir. unto Elisabeth J. Todd who is
the herein Orantor.
Together with thc buildings and improvements thereupon; and the rights, alleys
ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the said described lot of ground and premises, unto and to the
use of the said Gran~e, its assigns, and beneficiaries, and hoirs, in fcc simple.
And the said Grantor covenants to warrant specially the property hereby granted
and conveyed, and to execute such further assurances ofseid land as may be requisite.
