lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as

This deed is being recorded solely for the purpose of correcting
the description of Beed recorded in Liber 11896 page 627 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Hobart Road at the northeast corner
of the herein described premises where the same is intersected by the southeasterly
side of land now or formerly of H. Smith;
running thence from said point or place of beginning along the southwesterly side

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Hobart Road at
the northeast corner of the herein described premises where the
same is distant 20.08 feet southeasterly as measured along the
southwesterly side of Hobart Road from the southeasterly side of
land now or formerly of H. Smith;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
southwesterly side of Hobart Road South 26' 25' 00" East 176.00
feet;
thence South 58' 35' 00" West 279.43 feet to the mean high water
mark of Town Creek;
thence along the mean high water mark of Town Creek the following
two tie line courses and dist-hoes:
