WITNESSETH: That Grentor, in consideretJon of One and 00/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of Grantee forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, Slate of New York, being more fully desc~bed in the Schedule A annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
