BEGINNING at a pont on the easterly side of North Riley Avenue at the southwesterly corner of the
premises herein described; said point being the northerly line of land now or formerly of Tamara D. Masen
and henry Bochan;
RUNNING THENCE along the said northerly side,of North Riley avenue North 6 degrees 45 minutes 00

RUNNING THENCE along said lands the following two (2) courses and distances;
