Dear Sirs:
Please amend our building permit # 33262 for the property at 54100 Main Rd to
include a non-structural partition wall and some electrical work which UL certification
will be provided, as discussed with Robert Fisher Fire inspector.
The wall will be as indicated in the sketch provided and will be done in compliance
with the inspection by Mr. Fisher on March 20, 2008.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.

e. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.

expired. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, a Certificate of Occupancy
must be issued prior to use of the structure.
