EEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Carol L.

46, and to Bobra H. Wetmore, by deed dated 8/17/77, recorded
10/17/77, Liber 8326, page 259,' in the Suffolk County Clerk's

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund Io be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
