ALSO, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings an. d, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, as improvements thereon erecte follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of South Street where the same is intersected by the easterly line of land of Henry Bunce, running thence in a general easterly direction along the southerly line of South Street a distant of three (3) feet, turning thence in a general southeasterly direction on a straight line through land now or formerly of Orlowski to the southeasterly direction on a straight line through land now or formerly of Orlowski to the southeasterly corner of land of Henry Bunce; thence northerly along said easterl line of Henry Bunce to the point or place of BEGINNING. Said premises being triangular in shape. THIS CORRECTION DEED is to correct Deed dated December 21, 5, recorded in the Suffo e y Clerks Office on December 27, 1995 in Lib 11755 page 59_ wherein the anti h re described as "each individually and as co and ; 4EVAS the grantlors should have conveyed their interest "each individually and as co—executors .
