THIS INDENTURE, made the day of July, in the year Two Thousand Three

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration often Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second pan. does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns ot'the party of the second pan forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon .erected,
situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
On the North by land now or formerly of Winston K, Walters, 107 feet, more or less;
On the -East by land now or formerly of Commissioner of Welfare, 105 feet, more or lc'ss;
On the South by Front Street, 133 feet, more or less; and
On the West by Fifth Avenue, 142 feet, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Carolyn J. Tamin dated March 18, 1977, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on March 21. 1977, in Liber 8207 page 412.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of thc party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to thc center lines thereot~ TOGETHER
with thc appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein wanted unto the party of the s~cond
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND thc party of thc first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, cxcopt as
aforesaid.
AND the party of thc first part, in compliance with Se(lion 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will r~,cive the consideralion for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such ¢ousidcration as a trust fund to be applied first for thc: purpose orpaying thc
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of thc
improvement befor~ using any pan of the total of thc same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it r~d "parties" whenever the sense ofthis indenture so
requires.
