WrIWESSETH,that the party of die first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second party,does hereby grant and release unto die party of die second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Mattituck, Southold Town, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots
No. 24 and 25 on Map of Property of Mattituck Development Company, Inc., Mattituck, Long Island, New
York, made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, December 1922, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as
Map No. 776.
TOGETHER with all the right, tide and interest of the parties of the first part of,:in and to land lying within the
bounds of any highway adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. Subject to utility company easements
of record, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
June 29, 1959 and recorded in Liber 4652 at page 17V

of the second part, die heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
