BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of a certain 30 foot right of
way, which point is the Northwesterly corner of other lands of William
Low=hies: running thence North 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East 100 feet;
thence South 68 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East and at right angles to the
last mentioned line 30 feet; thence South 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds west
