erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east side of Second Street distant 106.45 feet southerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the south side of North Street with the east side of Second
Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 83 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East 150.28' feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 06 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East 50.24 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West 150.29 feet to the east
side of Second Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 06 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along the east side of
Second Street 50.22 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from the Incorporated Village of Greenport, dated April 7, 1993, and recorded August
19, 1993, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11640, Page 806.
