TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, ofthe party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described prcrfliscs to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all thc estate and rights ofthe party ofthe tim part in and to said

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything

AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 ofthe Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement., and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part ofthe total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense ofthis indenture so requires.
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Greenport, Town of $outhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly ~ide of Third Street 258.52 feet northerly along said easterly
line from Center Street; said point of BEGINNING being the northwesterly comer of land of Taylor nnd
from said point of BEGINNING;
RUNNING THENCE along said easterly side of Third Street, North 6 degrees 50 minutes 00
seconds West 5:3.58 feet to land of Donovan;
THENCE along said land of Donovan, North 85 degre~ 28 minutes 00 seconds East 106.5~ feet;
THENCE along land of the party o£the lirst part, South 6 degr~s 50 minutes 00 seconds East :51.05
