page 359, in pursuance of a judgment entered at a Special term of the
Supreme Court of Suffolk County on September 28, 2001, and in
consideration of One Hundred Twenty-two Thousand and 00/100
($122,000.00) Dollars paid by the grantee, being the highest sum bid
at the sale under said judgment does hearby grant and convey unto the
grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the Village of Greenport, County of Suffolk and State of New York
as more particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
