buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Northerly by the land
of Theodore Brigham; Easterly by land fromerly of Dorothy Doyle;
Southerly by Manor Place, and Westerly by land formerly of
William c. Robertson and F. Kenneth Merrill. Said plot of land
being Chirty-e£~ht feet, more or less, front and rear, and
one hundred twenty feet deep.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Doris Mae White to the party of the first part herein by deed
dated May 20,1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on July 9,1957 and recorded in Liber 4325 of deeds at
page 120.
