party of the first part, and

the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Webb and the westerly side of
Third Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 06 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, 79.85 feet;
THENCE South 83 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West, 44.00 feet;
THENCE North 06 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West, 79.78 feet to the sgutherly side of
Webb Street;
THENCE North 83 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly side of Webb
Street, 44.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Robert B. Boyle and Shelley A. Boyle dated 12/12/1996 (per deed) and recorded
2/2/96 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11760, Page 878.
