thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southoid, County of
Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sterling Street at a point where the
southwesterly comer of premises herein described and the southeasterly corner of land
formerly of William Rodenburg now or formerly of Agnes Abramski intersects the said
northerly side of Sterling Street the said point of beginning being ~303 feet + southeasterly
from the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Sterling Street with the
