consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and releasa unto the party

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements therenn
erccted, sinmte, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of North Street and
die Westerly side of Second Street;
THENCE South 83 degrees 14 minutes .90 seconds West along the nonJierly side of North

THENCE North 06 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds West along land now or formerly of Duan,

Norman, 50.00 feet to the westerly side of Second Street;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed fromYasuda Bank and Trust Conpany (USA) as Trustee, dated 10/27/97, and recorded
1115197, in the O~ce of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11860, Page 640.
TOGETHER with nil right, title and interest, if any, of the party oftbe first pert in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurteflancas and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premisu; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the pretnises herein granted unto the party of the second
pm, the heirs or au~eenors end ~i~n~ of the party of tho ~d lart forever,
AND the party of the fl~ part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything wber~by the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the I~ of the first pa~ will receive tho consideration for this coflveyanee and will hold the
fight to receive such considcratinn as a trust fund to be applied fiat for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before usin8 any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
