WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of $I0.00 in hand paid by
the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby, acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Suffolk
State of New York, to-wit: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Grecnport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 30 foot right of way, distant 666.50 feet northwesterly as
measured along the same, ~rom the westerly side of land now or formerly of Inez Fordham, said point being also
at the division line between the westerly side of land now or formerly of Shengold and the easterly side of the
hereinafter described parcel;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line and across said right of way, South 25 degrees 06 minutes 40
seconds West 108.71 feet to bulkhead on the northerly side of Greenport Harbor;
THENCE along the northerly side of Greenport Harbor, North 66 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds West 81.18
feet to the easterly side of land now or formerly of Allen;
THENCE along said land and across the aforementioned right of way, North 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds
East 204.90 feet to the southerly side of Stirling Basin.
THENCE through Stirling Basin, South 68 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East 88.68 feet to the westerly side
of Sbengold;
THENCE along said line, South 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West I00 feet to the northerly side of the
aforesaid 30 feet right of way, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with and subject to a certain 30 foot right of way as described in Liber 2881 cp 169 and in
subsequent deeds of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
September 27, 1991 which deed has been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October
2, 1991in Liber 8933 cp 39.

This Deed was made pursuant to the Marital Settlement Agreement Dated January 25, 2001 and filed as
Exhibit "A" in the ease of Meli vs. Meli, Broward County Circuit Court Case No.: 99-018254 (38/90) in the
Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever
Of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party
forever.

FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGF,
THIS CAUSE, having come on for Final Hearing on this 12'h day of March, 2001,
upon the ' ' '~ · · .
Wife s Petition for D~ssolutmn of Mammge, and the Court having heard testimony
of the Petitioner/Wife, LANA M]~LI, and being otherwise dul), and fully ad~'~ed in the
premises, finds that:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this cause.
2. The Petitioner~,Vife, LANA MELI, and the Respondent/Husband, FRANK
RICHARD NiELI, were married to each other on the 25~'day of Augusk 1973 in Hialeah,
Florida.
3. There are three (3) children bom of this marriage, to-wit: Scott Meli, bom
October 9, 1979; Michelle Meli, bom August 9, 1982; and Christopher Meli, balm Jar~uary
5, 1989.
4. Both parties were residents of the State of Florida for six (6) months prior to
the filing of the Petition for DisSolution of Marriage.
5. The marriage is irretrievably broken.

6. The parties have freely and voluntarily entered into a Mediation Settlement
Agreement dated January 25, 2001, the original of which has been admitted into evidence
as Exhibit "1."
It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. That the marriage of the Petitioner/Wife, LANA MELI, and the
Respondent/Husband, FRANK RICHARD MELI, is hereby dissolved becaus, e the marriage
is irretrievably broken.
B. That the Mediation Settlement Agreement between the parties dated ~Ianu~ary
25, 2001 is hereby approved by this Court and is incorporated by reference into this Final
Judgment, and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with the terms ,and conditions
therein. ~
C. The Court reserves jurisdiction to enter and/or modify a Qualified Domestic
Relations Order (QDRO), if necessary.
D. This Court retains jurisdiction of the parties and the subject mat~er hereto, and
to enforce this Final .Iudgment and the Marital Settlement Agreement incorporated herein.
E. That this Court grant such other and further relief as this Co.urt d~ems just,
~quitable and proper.
