THIS INDENTURE, made the 11th day of August , nineteen hundred and ninety—eight
BETWEEN WILLIAM E. HARRISON, JR. AND LOIS P. HARRISON, his wife, both residing

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being hEsim at Mattituck,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southwesterly line of Westphalia Avenue 521.80 feet northwesterly
along said southwesterly line from Deer Drive;said point of beginning being the northerly comer of land of Berry;
from said point of beginning running along said land of Berry,two courses and distances as follows:
1)South 44 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West 214.91 feet to an iron pipe;thence
2)South 44 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West 292.47 feet;thence along land of Rosen,North 29
degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West 67.10 feet;thence along land of Raacke,North 15 degrees 55 minutes 20
seconds East 442.75 feet to said southerly line of Westphalia Avenue;thence along said southwesterly line,two
courss and distances as follows:
1)South 74 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds East 163.99 feet to a monument;thence
2)South 54 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 134.44 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Clarence R. Bennett and Vernette C.
LeVally to William E. Harrison,Jr. and Lois P.Harrison,his wife,by deed dated August 1964 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 17, 1964, in Liber 5597 at Page 05 and corrected by deed dated January 6,
1965 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 8, 1965 in Liber 5680 at Page 142 combined with
adjacent premises conveyed by the same parties by deed dated November 30, 1965 recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on December 13, 1965 in Liber 5876 at Page 44 with the two parcels considered as one parcel and
subject to the covenants and restrictions as set forth in such deeds.
Premises known as 3535 Westphalia Road,Mattituck,New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
