formerly of Dubori .and later along lands now or formerly of Walker 85 . 90
feet;
THENCE North 64 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East 19 . 10 feet to lands
now or formerly of Walker;
THENCE South 32 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds East 250 feet to the
northerly side of West Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
"BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to grantors by deed
dated 1/8/93 recorded 2/8/93 in Liber 11617 cp 516; dated 1/8/93
recorded 2/8/93 in Liber 11617 cp 515, and dated 11/12/93 recorded
12/15/93 in Liber 11656 cp 262 . "
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
