QUITCLAIM DEED
WE, Donald P. and Phyllis E. Brickley, both of 144 Shore Avenue, Quincy, Norfolk
County, Massachusetts for consideration paid, and in full consideration of less than One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars, grant this 21st day of July, 2008 to ROBERT G. BRICKLEY and DONNA P.
BRICKLEY, as Trustees of the Donald P. Brickley Irrevocable Trust u/d/t dated August 10,
2005 with an address of 17 Olofson Street, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184.
WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS
WITNESSETIt, that the party of the first part, in consideration of less than One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Peconic, near Nassau
Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of Bay Avenue with the easterly
line of Broadwaters Drive; from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of bay
Avenue, three courses as follows:
1. North 79° 12' 10" East 13.40 feet;
2. South 87° 01' 10" East 200.50 feet;
3. North 75° 46' 30" East 293.23 feet to a monument;
running thence South 12° 08' 10" East 269.78 feet to a monument marking the intersection of the
northerly line of Oak Drive with the easterly line of Hickory Drive;
running thence along the said northerly line of Oak Drive South 79° 12' 10" West 500.13
feet to the intersection of the easterly line of Broadwaters Drive with the northerly line of Oak
Drive; running thence along the said easterly line of Broadwaters Drive North 12° 08' 10" West
300.0 feet to Bay Avenue at the point of BEGINNING.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and
