Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Robinson Lane at the southerly side of land now or
formerly of Adam Bremner and Tamara Hubinsky;
RUNNING THENCE in a easterly direction along the westerly line of Robinson Lane on a curve to the
right having a radius of 725 feet a distance of 145.37 feet to land now or formerly of VanZyverden;
RUNNING THENCE South 77 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 138.04 feet, to the
easterly line of land now or formerly of Branch;
