Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot Number 58 on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Cedar
Beach", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 12/20/1927 as Map
Number 90 together with a portion of Lot 59 between the northerly line of the dredged
channel and the southerly line 0fLor 58 on said Map, said premises being more
particularly bounded and describe~t as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron'pipe at'th~ intersection of the southwesterly line ora private road
