Being the same premises conveyed to Susan Souder, Barbara Zambelli, Deborah Gunther, Coulby Gunther, Jr. , Keith Guile and Lynda Dunn by Helen Guile and Jane Gunther as executors of the estate of Ann E. Davis by deed dated the 22nd day of May, 1989 and recorded in Liber 10900, page 104 . The party of the first part, - subsequent to said conveyance, entered into an unrecorded owners ' agreement dated the 30th day of June, 1989 . Being the same premises conveyed by deed dated May 14, 1991 and recorded in Liber 11333, page 077 wherein Keith Guile conveyed his 258 interest in the premises to Susan Souder. Being the same premises conveyed by deed dated November 1, 1995 and recorded in Liber 11754, page 378 wherein Coulby Gunther, Jr. conveyed 12'h8 interest in the premises to Barbara Zambelli, Lynda Dunn and Deborah Gunther.
