the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by deed made by Gladys Zimmerman and
recorded December 20, 1990, in Liber 11193 cp 497.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, i f any, of the party of the first part of, ill and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Sectiou 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same ilrst to the payment of the cost of the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as lots 12 and 13 as shown on Map of Jennie A. Cochran and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 6, 1870 as Map No. 399, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Cottage Place and the northerly side of Kom
Road;
THENCE South 73 degrees 05 minutes West along the northerly side of Kom Road 135.36 feet to the westerly line of the
above mentioned map;
THENCE North 16 degrees 17 minutes 33 seconds West along the last mentioned line 99.93 feet to the division line
between Lots 11 and 12;
THENCE North 73 degrees 05 minutes East along the last mentioned division line 138.11 feet to the westerly side of
Cottage Place;
THENCE South 14 degrees 43 minutes East along the westerly side of Cottage Place 100.00 feet to the northerly side of
Korn Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
