BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Gay Reese (as to a 50% interest) by deed from Frederick Reese dated September 16, 1997, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 23, 1998, in Liber 11924 page 740.
