bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Wickham Avenue at the south-
westerly corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of Dean Tuthill
on the West;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Dean Tuthill, North 24 degrees 20 minutes
10 seconds West, 212.46 feet to land of Ralph W. Tuthill, Jr. ;
THENCE along said land North 72 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds East, 172.64
feet to the westerly line of a 30 foot right of way;
THENCE along said right of way South 30 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East,
217.28 feet to the northerly line of Wickham Avenue;
THENCE along said line South 72 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West, 195.46
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement over said Private Right of Way for access to said
premises and for installation of utility lines.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by Deed dated 4/26/89 and recorded 5/30/89 in Liber 10865 page 157.
