paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

point of beginning also being distant 250 . 00 feet southeasterly as measured
along the southwesterly side of Birch Lane from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southwesterly side of Birch Lane and the southeasterly
side of Glen Court; thence South 37e 331 4011 East along the southwesterly
side of Birch Lane 146 . 05 feet to the division between Lots 12 and 13 ;
thence South 460 441 5011 West along the last mentioned division 140. 69 feet
to land now or formerly of A. Domaleski; thence North 370 33 ' 401, West
along the last mentioned land 160. 00 feet to the division between Lots 11
and 12; thence North 520 261 2011 East along the last mentioned division
140.0 feet to the southwesterly side of Birch Lane the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated March 4, 1993 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on March 24, 1993 in Liber 11622 Page 863 .
