WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

York" made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor and which said map was filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926 as Mar No. 801, which said
lots, when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Si-gsbee Road, distant 1,181.51
feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Sigsbee Road, with the northerlyside of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence South
69 degrees, 22 minutes West 143.55 feet' to land now or formerly of John Hu�feet
thence North 20 degrees, 29 minutes West along said last mentioned land,thence North 69 degrees, 22minutes East 143.27 feet to the westerly side oe
Road; a South 20 degrees, 38 minutes East along the westerly side of Sigsbee
Road, 100 fe t to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BE INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed from HELEN V. FAZIO, dated February 25, 1966, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 28, 1966, in Liber 5917 at Paye 354.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
