RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission
to the Town Board members to attend an Affordable Housin~ Conference to be held
at Poughkeepsie, New York on June 27 'and 28, 1'983, and the nonmember registration
fee of $125.80 per person and actual expenses for travel, meals and lodging sha]i
be a legal charge against the 1988 Budget~

RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes a ~61.00
cash advance for transportation for Assistant Town Attorney Robert Berntseen and
Planner Valerie: Scopaz for their trip to a conference in Rhode Island.

SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Number 26 is to appoint Laure Carlisle as an inst~'uctor for
recreation programs.

RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby appoints ILaura Carlisle
as an Aerobics Instructor, ~20.00 per hour; Walkabout Pro§ram Leader, for scenic
walks throughout Southold town, $15.00 per hour; and Baton Twirlinq ns~ructor,
$15.00 per hour; program ~/eriod from July 5, 1988 through August 2g, 1988, 6 hours
Der week.

contract with the Village of Creenport.

time and place for a pub[ c hearing fo~ the purpose of consideri~cj 'a prepo~ed contract
w th the V age of (~reenport, for the furn shincj of water for f~'e protect on purposes
by said Village to the Fire Protection: District established in the-Town and known
as "East-West Greenport Fire Protection District Town of Southdld, New York", for
a term of five years, and for such service the Town shall pay the VilIage ~he following
sums: 1988 - $80.00 per hydrant, 1989 - ~85.00 per hydrant, 1990 - ~90.80 per hydrant,
1991 - $95.00 per hydrant, 1992 - $100.00 per hydrant.
