SCHEDULE "A" DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
· designated as Lot No. 140, the northerly one-half of Lot No. 14t and the
s. outherly 25 feet of an unnumbered Lot between Lot No. 138 and Lot No. 140,
as shown on a certain Map entitled, 'Amended Map A of Peconic Bay Estates",
which said Map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 19, 193.3
as Map No. 1124, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Bayshore Road, which
