Roland, Jr. South 18 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East 396.29 feet to the northerly side of Main Road, RUNNING thence along the northerly side of Main Road the following two courses and distances; (1)South 73 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 61.70 feet; (2)South 61 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 12.0 feet to the point of BEGiINNING.
